Kitchen - colors: white, graphite. Large kitchen with dining area and beautiful walnut table. Next to the kitchen there is a pastel room separated by a glass wall with muntins.

Parking: in front of the tenement house public/paid, 3-phase electricity unavailable, but it is possible to park the generator in the area behind the tenement house and pull the wires.
